1. Qualify

An intro call to understand if we are the right fit for you and if you’re the right fit for us. Like you, we want to ensure we work with the best.

2. Search Setup

An ounce of preparation is worth a pound of prevention. To ensure a smooth process we set up the search documents - templates - job postings - and plan of action.

3. First-Pass Search

When we first start working together, there are many nuances we need to learn about each other. This first-pass search will help us hone in on the search after understanding initial market feedback on the job, the company, and messaging.

4. Main Search

Now that we know what you want (what you really want) we rip up the market to get the best candidates interested in your role. Usually resulting in 80-150 candidates, outreached to between 1 and 6 times to ensure we don’t let the good ones get away.

5. Interviews & Alignment

The interview process is not to be forgotten. We want to move at a swift pace. That way candidates don’t lose interest, but also don’t get scared away by speed. During this process, we continuously collect feedback and deliver it to you to ensure total alignment with as few interviews as possible.

6. Offer Management

After all this work, we don’t want to lose the right candidate. All day every day, we close candidates on offers so we’ll help facilitate this process with the finesse of the finest china decorator.

7. Resignation Coaching

Offer acceptance is not the end. We coach the candidate through their resignation to ensure they start on their planned first day.

8. Post-Placement Check-in

Throughout the first few weeks of their employment, we check in regularly to ensure they are happy in the role and all expectations were accurately understood. This ensures a successful partnership for years to come.

Commencement Fee:

  • Non-exec Search — $2,500 Commitment Fee* (per search)

  • Exec Search — $5,000 Commitment Fee* (VP & Above) (per search)

Success Fee — 15% (of first-year salary)

*The success fee is deducted from the final price upon final invoicing.
